The who & why of Integrate Clinic
Hi! My name is Sam and I’m the woman behind integrate Clinic. I currently hold a Diploma of Health Science and Matwork Pilates Instructing Certification, and have recently started my journey in gaining my Diploma in Professional Pilates (very exciting!).
I offer both 1:1 Pilates Sessions & Integrative Health Coaching as seperate services, but the true beauty is combining these approaches. By doing this, we create a personalised and informed practice that nurtures the body and mind together. The result is sustainable lifestyle modifications, helping you move with ease, build strength and carry wellbeing into your everyday life.

How did you get into Pilates? I did a 6 week Mums & Bubs pilates program after my 3rd baby and fell in love. It quickly became my go to form of movement!
What’s your star sign? I’m a Gemini, and totally embody Gemini traits! Honestly, it’s scary sometimes haha.
What drew you to holistic coaching? I’ve always had a connection to living a more natural lifestyle and to supporting women, after finding a university degree that gave me all the tools to support women in a holistic way that is also scientifically backed, I knew it was the way forward for me.
What’s one of your favourite hobbies? I love dancing, I did it as a kid and have recently started again a few years ago. It’s brought me so much joy and fulfilment!
What made you realise this was your path? This is a tough one, honestly I don’t think I really knew it was until I worked out what I didn’t want to do! I kind of worked backwards, and I’ve never felt more aligned and ready to start!
What’s something people might not know about you? You guys, I am mortified to tell you all that I cannot ride a bike (don’t judge me)!
How has your own body image journey shaped your work? This old chestnut, what woman hasn’t had her own body imagine journey? It’s taken me my almost 34 years of life to realise I would rather feel strong, be able to move with ease, nourish my body with a beautifully balanced diet and feel mentally clear and whole than fit a certain body type or aesthetic. I won’t tell you to count calories, I won’t give you specific macros you have to follow, I won’t work to get you to a specific weight/size. I’ll support your body holistically. I’ll guide you with nutrition that will nourish you, movement that will carry you through life and emotional/mental wellbeing to be the most balanced version of you.
